Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of RigCubby, a digital glovebox platform for trucking-related documents, organization records, expiration tracking, and related operational workflows.

RigCubby is currently offered by invitation only during the Founding Client / Early Access phase.

Access requires an invitation from an authorized organization owner or RigCubby administrator.

Each invitation is intended only for the invited email address and may not be shared publicly or used to create unauthorized accounts.

Customers remain responsible for all documents, data, records, and information uploaded to RigCubby.

RigCubby provides organization, storage, access control, and workflow support. It does not replace legal counsel, DOT compliance advisors, insurance brokers, tax professionals, fleet safety consultants, or regulatory consultants.

During early access, features may change and no uptime commitment or service-level agreement is provided unless separately agreed in writing.
