Founding Client / Early Access Agreement

This agreement describes the terms for selected companies invited to participate in RigCubby's early access program.

Participants should be treated as Founding Clients, Early Access Customers, or Client Pilot participants, not generic testers.

During the initial controlled early access phase, no payment is required unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Early access does not guarantee permanent free use or permanent feature availability.

RigCubby may change during early access.

Participants may provide feedback, and RigCubby may use that feedback to improve, modify, commercialize, and operate the service unless separately agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for inviting authorized users, uploading only documents they have the right to use, and not relying on RigCubby as a legal or regulatory certification service.
